Happy weekend! This is a quick reminder that online registration for the 2026 KC Hook-In will close at midnight CT tonight 3/7/26. https://heartandharerugs.com/collections/event-tickets

Also, a new memorial scholarship has been established by the rug hooking friends of Marilyn Schmidt, who created & organized the original Rock Creek Rugs Hook-In for 24 years. She was instrumental in sharing & teaching rug hooking to so many of us in the KC area and this is a small way to honor her legacy. Funds will be used for a beginner class to be held annually at the KC Hook-In and a special drawing for admission & lunch for next year's KC Hook-In.

If you would like to learn the art of rug hooking at this year's hook-in, know of someone interested, or if you would like to donate to the scholarship, please contact Anne, [email protected]
