May flew by so fast I'm starting to think I'm secretly a fan of productivity, but let's be real, it's all about the sunshine and good excuses to have fun now. We hung out with family, celebrated Mother's Day, embarked on an adventure for a new set of wheels, scored a sweet dock spot, bought a suitable boat lift, ordered a shed so we can sleep in the timber and basically adulted harder than expected. Bring on the summer already.

Rhubarb simple syrup time already, these are ridiculously good, might just rename it Lucy Juice, if you know, you know. Key is to use 1 part water to 1/4 to 1/2 part sugar so you get the tartness.
