Hello everyone,
I wanted to jump on here for a few minutes and talk about something that’s been affecting our business, Palazio Event Venue.
As many of you know, we recently opened our doors and have worked incredibly hard to create a beautiful venue and provide great service to every guest and client who walks through our doors. We take pride in making every event special.
Unfortunately, we recently received four separate one-star reviews on our Google page from people we do not recognize and who do not appear to have ever been customers of ours. We’ve reached out to our past clients, reviewed our records, and cannot find any connection to these reviewers.
As a small business, reviews matter. They impact how potential customers view our company, and a few false reviews can have a significant effect on a business that is just getting started.
I’m sharing this not to complain, but to ask for your support. If you have attended an event at Palazio, booked an event with us, worked with us, toured our venue, or had any experience with our team, we would truly appreciate an honest Google review sharing your experience.
If you happen to see reviews that appear fake or misleading, we would also appreciate you reporting them to Google so they can investigate.
We are grateful for every customer, every event, every recommendation, and every person who has supported us on this journey. Your support means everything to us.
