E & B promotes and conducts a variety of events including Pro/Am Kickboxing, Big Time Wrestling, Music Groups and Entertainers. The Management team heading the group is made up of 3 main entities; Dan “Bam Bam” Stell (Co-founder of IKF), is the Promotions Consultant and Match Maker, Co-owned by Elaine Jojola, Events Manager/Coordinator and Beverley Nettles, Business/Financial Manager. Dan “Bam Bam
” Stell has been promoting shows since 1989 with over 60 shows in California. He has provided consultation and continues to promote fighters to championships across the U.S. A small glimpse of credits as a result of his promotions includes, but is not limited to: Cung Le Stephan, “The Wonderboy” Thompson, Eric Reagan, Dave Marinoble, Rudi Ott, Ehn Fairtex, Bunkurt Fairtex Jongsanan Fairtex and Alex Gong along with a long list of others. Stell is the Co-founder and intrigal part of the International Kickboxing Federation. Dan Stell is currently a World Class Referee, licensed by the State of California since 1987. Stell can be viewed at www.ikfkickboxing.com. Elaine Jojola brings her expertise to the management and promotions team through 25 years of working experience. Ms. Jojola has worked as the team lead of two major establishments in the development of learning centers for the education of young children throughout the northern region of California. She has also served over 5 years as a bilingual analyst and interpreter for the specialty department of a nationwide medical facility. Elaine’s work in non-profits management, fundraising and community outreach has been enhanced by her training/certification through NFHA (National Fair Housing Alliance) and working as the program manager and bilingual educational outreach facilitator. Beverley Nettles heads the financial department of E & B with 30 years of accounting experience. She is a CPA candidate with completion of her license scheduled for 2015. Nettles holds a current position as Controller/Accountant for FHNV. Her experience includes works in non-profits, property management, government, unions, retail and construction organizations. She continues to consult for previous employers as a private contractor in various capacities including, Senior Auditor, Accounting Manager, and Controller.
