Dear friends of Gordon's Music and Sound,
It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of our former manager and dear friend, Jeff Clark.
Jeff was far more than an employee; he was a vital part of the original success as Gordon's Music and Sound. He was part in parcel of the vision and the ex*****on of delivering products and services. His hard work and commitment played a key role in transforming Gordon's Music and Sound into the largest full-line music shop in Solano County.
Jeff’s passion for music led him to explore many avenues. Not only was he an accomplished percussionist in all genres, but he was also deeply fascinated by the science of sound. Jeff became an expert in sound reinforcement, mastering the application, installation, and operation of sound systems.
His work can still be heard in numerous churches and schools throughout Solano, Napa, and Yolo Counties, a testament to his lasting impact on the community.
We will always miss Jeff’s boundless enthusiasm, infectious humor, and endless optimism.
Jeff is survived by his daughter Audrey, her husband Chas Barton, and their children Ella, Charlie, and Maggie; his sister Dale, brother-in-law Cliff Gordon, and nephews Bryan and Colin.
Jeff will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
