NEPL Finals Information. All league members should have received this in their email. I am posting here as a just in case.
The Season 36 regular season wrapped up this past weekend, and Finals registration will open on Saturday, March 14 at noon.
Before getting into the details, I want to thank everyone who makes this league what it is. Our hosts, volunteers, and players are the reason the NEPL continues to thrive and remains one of the best pinball leagues anywhere.
Season 36 Finals – Quick Facts
Finals Date: Saturday, March 21
Location: Western Mass Pinball Club – Three Rivers, MA
Doors Open: 9:00 AM
Check-in Deadline: 9:30 AM
Tournament Start: Approximately 10:00 AM
Finals Registration Opens: Saturday, March 14 at 12:00 PM
Finals Registration
To participate in Finals, you must register.
If you think you might want to attend, we strongly encourage you to register when signup opens.
Players ranked in the top 32 of their division will have 24 hours to guarantee their spot. All other players will initially be placed on the waitlist based on registration timestamp.
After the 24-hour window closes, any top-32 players who have not registered will forfeit their guaranteed spot, and those positions will be filled from the waitlist in order by division waitlist.
If you would like to play, please register — even if you are not currently in the top 32. In past seasons, nearly everyone who wanted to play has ultimately gotten in.
How to Register
1. Log in to your account at NEPL.org
2. Click Finals Registration
3. Click the green button that says “I would like to attend Finals” (only click once)
4. Check the attendee list to confirm your registration
Important note:
Everyone — including players in the top 32 — will initially appear as waitlisted. After the 24-hour signup window closes, the divisions will be manually adjusted. Players who earned guaranteed spots will be marked as attending, while later registrants will remain on the waitlist.
Tip:
The most common registration issue is forgetting your password. We strongly recommend logging into your league account ahead of time to make sure everything works smoothly.
Finals Location and Prizes
Season 36 Finals will take place at:

Three Rivers, MA 01080
The A, B, C, and D Division prize pools will exceed $1,250 each, with payouts going to the top 16 players in each division.
Bagels will be provided in the morning, but players should plan to arrange their own lunch.
Z Division Update
After registration closes and we have a clearer picture of total attendance, we will decide whether to run a Z Division.
For those unfamiliar, Z Division is a side tournament open to players of all skill levels, designed to allow as many league members as possible to participate in the Finals event.
Priority will go to league members who did not qualify for their main division. Any remaining spots may be opened to other attendees at WMPC.
Z Division prizes are traditionally funded through league donations, and this format has been successfully used since the early days of the NEPL.
If Your Plans Change
If you register and later realize you cannot attend, please remember to unregister.
When you register for Finals, we count on your attendance. If you fail to attend and do not unregister before the waitlist closes, you will be recorded as a player who did not complete the season.
This means:
• You will lose eligibility for the Loyalty Program Pinball Machine Drawing
• You will automatically be waitlisted for your next Finals
