Roll up your sleeves, Fairfield Bay! The 2026 Community Cleanup Day takes place Saturday, Oct. 10 from about 8 a.m. to noon (originally scheduled for Sept. 11, but postponed due to weather).
The cleanup will focus on the Towne Center, Ed Leamon Park and Woodland Mead Park, along with several medians around Snead Drive and Woodlawn Drive and the exterior area of the Lions Club building.

🐾 Dog Dayz in the Bay last Saturday were a great success! About 20 pets got vaccinated, and 10 city tags were issued. If you missed it this time, don't worry, the city is planning the next edition for January 2027. Then you have another chance to meet Holly, the groomer 🐾 🐱🐶

If you are planning to register your pet with the city at Dog Dayz on Saturday, please keep in mind that they need a current rabies vaccination, which can be done on site by the mobile vet. Also, pricing is staggered: $ 10 if pet is neutered/spayed, $50 if not.
