The end of summer marks the birthdays of jazz vocalist Cecile McLorin Salvant on August 28, and Itzhak Perlman, who will celebrate on August 31.

Happy National Book Lovers Day!

If you’re still on the hunt for some titles to stuff into your beach bag this summer, we invite you to use some of this season's performances as your inspiration.

📚 Blood Memory by Martha Graham: In this posthumous memoir, Graham lays out her artistic vision, recounts her extraordinary and influential life, and dishes about the famous people in her orbit. Her eponymous dance company performs on our stage April 3.
