Come work with some of the best performers in the South, learn new games, hone your skills, and potentially be cast in the improv troupe for our 2026/2027 season. Heather May will be leading the troupe next year and has put together a combination of group exercises, small group games, frequent breaks, and a confidence-boosting atmosphere for this Sunday. Auditions will last roughly from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Come wearing comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle!

LAST IMPROV SHOW OF THE SEASON!

Once upon a time, in a little theater filled with big imaginations, a group of brave local performers gathered to create something magical with no script, no idea what will happen next, and only their wits to guide them.

If you’ve never experienced improv before, tonight is the night to enter the kingdom. Come support the local performers who pour their time, talent, and energy into making Southside Theatre Guild such a special place and who take on one of the most challenging and unpredictable forms of theater.

It's time to put this season to bed with a perfect storybook ending! The only problem? Lenton Lees doesn't have any good fairytales to read so he needs the audience's help to create the perfect storybook ending to get the kids to sleep.

On August 15th, 7:30 PM, we will bring dragons, witches, wizards, princesses, songs, and more all to the stage with your help! Each scene will be a short-form game attached to the magical fairytale land that the audience helped create!
