To our guests, performers, artisans, merchants, vendors, cast, crew, and staff: thank you for making this season so magical.

We are so grateful for this community and for everyone who chose to spend part of their spring with us.

Today is the final day of the Georgia Renaissance Festival’s Spring season. Once the gates close at 6:00 PM tonight, the village goes quiet for the summer.

If you’ve been waiting to join the revelry, this is your last chance.

The day is looking cloudy, cool, and comfortable for one last stroll through Newcastle. We are open rain or shine, so toss a poncho in your bag just in case and come enjoy the final day of the realm.

🧚 The final weekend of the Georgia Renaissance Festival is here.

It’s Legends of the Fae Weekend, and the fairfolk are waiting in Newcastle for one last weekend of magic, music, mischief, and turkey legs before the gates close for the season.

We are open today from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, rain or shine.

The morning rain has mostly moved through, and the day is still very much happening. Toss a poncho in your bag just in case, gather your crew, and come enjoy the village.

This weekend is Legends of the Fae, and Newcastle has two special additions to the revelry:

⚔️ Buhurt Returns
Armored combat is back at the Joust Field! Watch fighters clash in full-force steel combat at 12:15 PM and 3:15 PM.

🎶 May Way Will Bloom
Catch Marc Gunn and May in this father-daughter folk-pop duo from Atlanta at Fool’s Knoll at 12:30 PM and 1:45 PM, blending Celtic folk, acoustic warmth, and contemporary pop into music about love, belonging, and family.

Come for the fae. Stay for the steel, songs, jousting, food, shopping, and one more weekend of magic in the village.

Every fairy, elf, goblin, satyr, and dryad is being summoned out of the woods one last time. Wings, horns, glamour, and a little magical mischief? Highly encouraged.

✨ Legends of the Fae Costume Contest
Arrive as your fae self. Mythical woodland beings of every kind take the stage to show off their finery, their glamour, and their best bit of magical chaos. The forest rewards the bold.

✨ Fae Enchantment Challenge
One partner is charmed. The other holds the magic. The blindfolded "Charmed" must cross the obstacle course guided only by the voice of their "Fae." A spirited test of trust, teamwork, and quick thinking, with just the right touch of fantasy chaos.

We’re open rain or shine for THREE days of Tudor Tides revelry: Saturday, Sunday, and Memorial Day Monday.
