📣CALL FOR ART!!📣
There’s still some time to participate in the 3rd Friday Show & Exhibition at The Grange in North Pole! Here’s all the details:
Grange Gallery Call for Art🎨
October 2026
The North Pole Grange invites local artists working in all mediums to submit work for our October exhibition, “Nature’s Transition.” In Interior Alaska, autumn does not simply fade—it gives way quickly and dramatically. The first snowfall can transform familiar places overnight, covering details we will not see again until spring and replacing green spaces with a quieter landscape of white. We respond by changing our routines, pulling out heavier clothing, warming our cars, and rediscovering ways to live, work, and find beauty in the season ahead. Artists are encouraged to explore this moment of change: anticipation and surprise, disappearance and revelation, preparation and adaptation, or the contrast between what autumn leaves behind and what winter brings into view. Through the Grange Gallery, we celebrate local artists, encourage conversation and connection through art, and welcome both experienced artists and those just starting out to share their vision.
Step 1 — Let us know you plan to participate: Email mailto:[email protected] by Friday, October 9, 2026, with the subject line “October Show.”
