Wood Shop 49 Handcrafted wooden products made by Loren Kuhl in Fairbanks, Alaska. Loren Kuhl is the owner and woodworker at Wood Shop 49.

He has lived in Fairbanks Alaska for over 35 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, riding his fat bike, camping, and of course working in his shop. Loren is continually coming up with new ideas and ready for the next woodworking challenge. All our products are handcrafted by Loren and his family here in Fairbanks Alaska. Each piece is unique and the patterns and striping of the various woods will vary.
