Hello Awesome Vendors!!!
Vendors have been selected and booth assignments made. Please be patient as I work to send out the confirmation emails. I am working on them but have over 250 individual emails to send and I work a full-time job so I'm doing them in batches when I have free time throughout the day :) Rest assured, everyone will get their email over the next week.
For those vendors that have not paid - you are now on the wait list. I would suggest getting in your payment asap so we can assign you a booth space before we are full (getting close). For vendors that have emailed and said they mailed their payment - your confirmation email will not be sent until we have the payment in hand and we are checking the school mailbox again this week.

Jury Day is when the Craft Fair committee goes through and chooses and assigns booth spaces!! Vendors will only be included in this big booth assignment day if ALL three of the following are received: Application, Photos AND full Booth Payment. If you haven't made payment - do so NOW! Vendors that haven't satisfied these items by June 19th (day before Jury Day) will be put on the waitlist and not assigned a booth space until everything is in - that means you may miss out on preferred space requests.
After the Jury Date - emails will go out with booth assignments and further instructions.
