Rick Snow, founder of Marchwood Music, is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping students pursue their dream of playing guitar! He is an accomplished musician and has been teaching guitar in Chester County for 20+ years. You may know Rick from gigs at local restaurants and bars, where he performs with his band, Almost Minnesota. Rick lives in Exton with his wife Pam, daughter Holly, son Jared, and his dog Jake.

🎸 Guitar Teachers — We're Looking for You!

Marchwood Music in Exton, PA is looking to add a guitar instructor to our team, and we'd love to connect with someone who's as passionate about teaching as they are about playing.

We teach Acoustic, Electric, and Bass to students of all ages — from curious beginners to adults chasing a lifelong dream. Our philosophy is simple: meet every student where they are, understand their goals, and help them get there in a way that's realistic and fun.

What we offer:
🎵 Flexible scheduling (weekdays & weekends)
🎵 $20–$30/hr as an independent contractor
🎵 A supportive, low-pressure teaching environment
🎵 An established student base — no need to build from scratch
🎵 Full training & certification in our in-house beginner teaching method — perfect if you love playing but want a proven system to guide your students

A heads up: Pennsylvania background checks and child abuse clearances are required for all instructors. We're happy to walk you through the process.
