Many of our teachers at Marchwood Music have a diverse skillset and bring different strengths to their lessons. One of our fantastic piano instructors, Katie Roberts, is presenting a recital at West Chester University this Saturday, October 17th at 4:00pm!

“Life Lessons, Nature’s Beauties, & Everything in Between” is a concert of original works composed by Katie! She’s been hard at work during her time at WCU honing her compositional chops as well as her piano and teaching skills.

If you’re interested in improving your piano skills or learning more about composition, head over to marchwoodmusic.com or email us at [email protected] to schedule a Trial Lesson with Katie!

We’d like to take a moment to shout out one of our veteran drum instructors, Sam Beliveau!

In addition to teaching multiple days a week in our studio, Sam is an active touring and recording artist with TWO different bands! He is the drummer for Stella Stella, a shoegaze band from Philadelphia that blends noise, rock, and electronic elements. They recently completed an exciting new live recording session, set to release soon! Sam also is the drummer for Margot Texas, an indie rock band that combines the aesthetic of slowcore with the kinetic energy and pop sensibility of alt-country.

Sam is an incredible drum instructor, and currently is accepting new students! Head over to marchwoodmusic.com or email us at [email protected] to schedule a Trial Lesson!

🎸 Guitar Teachers — We're Looking for You!

Marchwood Music in Exton, PA is looking to add a guitar instructor to our team, and we'd love to connect with someone who's as passionate about teaching as they are about playing.

We teach Acoustic, Electric, and Bass to students of all ages — from curious beginners to adults chasing a lifelong dream. Our philosophy is simple: meet every student where they are, understand their goals, and help them get there in a way that's realistic and fun.

What we offer:
🎵 Flexible scheduling (weekdays & weekends)
🎵 $20–$30/hr as an independent contractor
🎵 A supportive, low-pressure teaching environment
🎵 An established student base — no need to build from scratch
🎵 Full training & certification in our in-house beginner teaching method — perfect if you love playing but want a proven system to guide your students

A heads up: Pennsylvania background checks and child abuse clearances are required for all instructors. We're happy to walk you through the process.

If this sounds like a fit, drop a comment, send a DM, or email us at [email protected]. We'd love to chat!
