This two story renovated carriage house nestled in an ideal costal New England location with a train station for easy transit a matter of yards away, exudes, in true New Hampshire tradition, the "Live Free or Die" atmosphere of innovation, irreverence, and limitless possibilities. Inside, The Wizard Loft is a musical practice space & recording studio, a venue for live music & other live entertainment and shows, intimate meet-the-artist events, a multi-media, genre-blending & bending art space, motorcycle shop, game space, and so much more. Outside, the near one acre property will host (weather permitting) vintage car shows, bike nights, and skating events, along with some other very special surprises we have in store!
