🤠 RODEO WEEKEND — IMPORTANT INFORMATION! 🐴

We’re excited to see everyone this weekend! Here’s everything you need to know to help the weekend run smoothly. Please make note of the times below! ⏰

⭐ FRIDAY NIGHT

🕔 5:00 PM — Barrel & Pole Trainers
🏆 7:30 PM — Show Starts
📝 7:00–8:30 PM — NLBRA Check-In
🐐 Goat Tying Practice — Following the show/check-in. We’ll announce the exact time as we get closer.

⭐ SATURDAY

📝 7:00–8:30 AM — Check-In
🇺🇸 8:45 AM — National Anthem, Flags & Prayer
🏆 9:00 AM — Rodeo #1 Begins

🤠 All 3 rounds of steer wrestling will run when we start rodeo 1.

🐎 Both trail classes will run at the end of Rodeo #1.

🏆 Rodeo #2 will begin approximately 30 minutes after Rodeo #1 is finished.

⛪ 7:30 AM — Cowboy Church
🇺🇸 8:45 AM — National Anthem, Flags & Prayer
🏆 9:00 AM — Rodeo Begins

🐎 The trail class will run at the end of Sunday’s rodeo.

📣 Please plan accordingly, arrive on time, and be ready to rodeo!

We are partnering with our friends at Hock and Hoof Hydrotherapy for a chance to win one Spa Treatment for equine athlete! You do not have to be present to win.

Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.

If you will not be at the barrel race Friday or the rodeo Saturday, you can text Tara 618-922-4257 to purchase your tickets. You can PayPal, Venmo or pay with cash!

Every event winner from both Saturdays Rodeo will receive a FREE ice cream cone from the café! Collect your ticket from Tara in the rodeo office! 🏆🍦

Remember you can pay at the rodeo but it’s CASH only! Let me know by Monday at 7pm if you would like a PayPal or Venmo invoice. Those invoices needed to be paid by Thursday at 5pm.
