What does your team's vision smell like?
Recently, we guided a group through one of our Signature Team Fragrance Experiences.
The process begins with intention. What are we building? What qualities do we want to strengthen? What do we want to be known for?
Working in small groups, participants explore a curated palette of aromatherapy oils and select the scents they feel best represent the team's shared goals and values.
The individual selections are then blended into one custom fragrance that reflects the collective vision of the group.
At the end of the experience, every participant receives a bottle of the finished blend—a sensory reminder of the conversations, ideas, and connections created together.
