Wow! I haven't been on this page in a minute! Picked up a scope and a signal generator! Finally gonna get to calibrate the U87 circuit and wrap this project up after I get back in town. Gotta head out to work the doors @ the Psychobilly Brawl and then down to Vancouver WA for my uncle's wedding. Busy weekend!

I have been getting really impatient on waiting for my speakers to be repaired and I have external speaker jacks on my console. I also had these little 5" speaker baffles lying around so I found some Jensen speakers on eBay that came out of another HiFi console for real cheap. Gonna hook these up after I pick up some wire at radio shack tonight! Here's hoping that this works!

After yet another 12 hour studio session at school, I came home to find this beautiful microphone body waiting in the mail for me. The end of the U87 clone project is finally in sight! I still have to figure out how I'm going to bias the FET. So if anyone knows somebody with an Oscilloscope I can use for a moment that would really help me out! I'm sure I'll figure it out one way or another though!

My dad found my Astatic mic in a box at his place in Texas. I've been looking all over for that thing! Cant wait to get it back home.
