Unkitawa’s Circle of Indigenous People is comes back to Northwest Folklife next week, May 22–25 at Seattle Center, and I’m excited for this one.
Come find me as a vendor all four days. I’ll be bringing new artwork and jewelry designs that will be making their debut at the festival, so you’ll be among the first to see them.
Circle of Indigenous People is always one of my favorite spaces at Folklife. Four days packed with Indigenous vendors, artists, musicians, performers, culture, community, and so much talent all in one place.
You’ll also catch me running around Emceeing multiple stages throughout Folklife, so if you see me, stop me and say hello.
This year feels extra special because my Mom is coming out to Circle on Saturday to celebrate her birthday. I think I found a gift for her that’s an absolute show stopper, so I’m pretty excited about that too.
