Like most of us, Dolly Parton, has been a part of my whole life. Her music, creativity and overall presence is threaded throughout my life. From her music, acting on the big screen, her live shows and philanthropy, she touched many lives. I was lucky enough to get to go to the Dollywood Stampede in Branson, MO a few years ago (on a quilting road trip). I took this photo of the C**t of Many Colors in the lobby of the theater. I hope you take a moment today to honor her, her legacy and where it all starts...creating something...doesn't have to be a masterpiece, doesn't have to be fine art...put a little love in your heart and create some joy!
