Be considerate, accepting and promote equality. Individuals with disabilities want a chance to prove ourselves and be treated like anyone else. I cannot see…you cannot speak Latin. We all have our talents and our challenges. We are your neighbors, your friends, your family, your spouse, your fellow humankind. Do not pity us. Do not fear those different from you. Rob Kerney was diagnosed with Type I diabetes at the age of 4. At 24 years old, he lost his sight to Severe Diabetic Retinopathy. Since then, he as fought for the rights of individuals with disabilities. Contact him to speak at your upcoming events.

Rob Kerney is a long time advocate for individuals with disabilities. He began by educating the administration at the University of Southern Indiana about on campus issues. He brought students with disabilities and university officials to discuss problems being encountered by people with disabilities. He is available for key note speeches, fundraisers, school programs and church programs.
