📌 Clear, Achievable Goals for Day One Leadership

Moving forward, I want to be clear about what I’m focused on—and what can realistically be accomplished early on:

🔹 Pause Current and Future Solar Projects
Push for a 2-year pause on ALL solar developments so we can:
• Review safety standards
• Strengthen local regulations
• Ensure emergency response readiness for solar/BESS developments

🔹 Fix Current BESS and Wind Ordinances
Work with officials and the community to update ordinances to better protect:
• Public safety
• Property values
• Land use compatibility

🔹 Put Community Input First
Advocate for:
• More public forums
• Transparent decision-making
• Clear communication before permit and zoning approvals

These goals are about responsible growth, protecting what matters, and making sure your voice is heard.
