My Tomato Soup Recipe:
1/4 cup cashews
6 medium tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
Chicken or vegetable broth
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp sugar
1/2 cup oat milk
3 tbsp of minced garlic from a jar
2tbsp each garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onion and mozzarella for garnish

Core tomatoes and add to pan with cashews and seasoning with olive oil

Heat on med high heat for 10 minutes then add broth and bring to a boil

Boil for 10 minutes then reduce to simmer and cover with lid for 25 - 45minutes stirring occasionally.

After a while remove from hear and blend before garnishing then serve.

Note that these are rough guidelines this is a measure with your heart recipe
