I have been in FULL making mode this summer! ☀️🫟

I'm my best self when I can have time to just sit and work with my hands. It calms my mind and gives time to relax & reflect. I'm grateful for this time with my work and my kids!

I've been making for stores, fall & Christmas markets, restocking best sellers, closing out custom orders and making some new designs too! This is just a small snippet of what I've been up to, because you know I'd rather be listening to murder mysteries than making content for social media. 🤣 I work a little (or a lot!) each day because come August, I'll be teaching and back into the big routine of school & time won't be unlimited.

A couple years ago, I asked my husband to pick up some ceramics supplies someone was giving away. I'm so busy, I don't always have time to delve into something new so I let it sit. I'm cleaning out my craft room because I'm on summer vacation from teaching and ran into these two garbage bags of supplies again and realized I hit the gold mine of ceramic supplies. Thousands of overglaze decals, brushes, gold and silver lusters. All vintage from the 70's and some things are not even made anymore.
How insanely lucky am I?
I'm testing the decals today and can't wait for the outcome!!
