Some more repairs from this week -90’s Fender Twin Amp in for some servicing -Fender Stage Lead II. Solid state 100W amp from the 80’s. Needed a good servicing as well a new volume pot -Fender Hot Rod Deville that has gotten quite a bit of use. Brought to me for service and needed a new input jack. Instead of installing a replacement jack that would be mounted directly onto the circuit board, I hand-wired a regular 1/4 jack on the chassis. Way more durability as it’s more likely the guitar cable will snap rather than the jack itself.
