Early camping will be available Thursday April 28th for $10 at the gate. Telescopes will be there along with full crew for a more astronomy focused day. The secret set starts at 9 PM and the Dirty Strings are gonna bring you the fire. To limit the amount of light pollution for the scopes, patrons will not be permitted to c
heck in after 10 PM. Dems da brakes but that's how it has to be. I know you wonderful folks will understand and we truly appreciate it. Get here as early as you can. The VIP ticket works like the standard 2-day ticket but with special perks such as back-stage camping, a private tent with a stage view, a swag bundle that includes a poster, t-shirt, and meals, private shows in the VIP tent and a host to keep the provided beverages and snacks available. The tent will be decorated and furnished to add to your Stars and Sauce experience. You will not regret going for the VIP ticket. Next-to-car camping is included in all tickets, General admission and VIP. VIP car camping is in the backstage area, however. Premium camping spots are available for $50. These include a numbered and reserved spot in the most pristine areas of The Farm. Most have fire pits and far fewer neighbors. Kid's tent activities are going to be something grown folks would enjoy. The live artist is coming in to do a workshop with the kiddos and have them recreate the piece they are live painting at our event. Something for them to give you or keep themselves. Guided hikes and a forage are planned on the 2 mile bike trail. Baskets will be provided. They will receive a recorder (little flute) and 2 lessons from a NWA symphonic orchestra member. Telescope workshops from Explore Scientific. Face paintings and story time will end with 2 hours of giant bubbles on the main lawn. Then, were going to chaperone them up the back of the stage and let them brag to you that they got to go up. Seriously, your kids are going to have a blast! If they're under 12, it will cost you absolutely nothing. All children must be accompanied by an adult. RV spots are still available. We only have 110 V hook-ups left but if you're running a generator you're welcome to purchase an RV pass without electric. We have plenty of spots for you to park. Vendor spots are also available but in short supply. We are approaching capacity and only have 110 V spots still for sale. Due to exclusivity, we already have food taken care of, as well as tie dye. All others welcome. Telescopes are provided by Explore Scientific. There will be tons of scopes, some of which are as large as possible before they need to be permanently affixed to the ground. A crew of astronomers will be there to align and set up the scopes for all attendees, all weekend long. They are an enthusiastic bunch of wonderful astronomy nerds and you will enjoy every minute of their genuine explanations. They make this festival a truly unique time and we cant wait for you to see the cosmos as you never have before. It makes us happier than you could ever know! Shower passes to use the shower houses are available for $20. Porta-johns will be onsite all throughout the campgrounds.
