🌺 We're Proud to Partner with Lane County Sustainable Event Services! 🌺

This year, the 5th Annual Oregon Aloha Festival is taking another big step toward creating a cleaner, more sustainable community by partnering with Lane County Sustainable Event Services (SES)!

Instead of disposable plates, bowls, cups, and utensils, many of our food vendors will be serving on reusable dishware. SES will collect dishes —helping us reduce thousands of pieces of waste while keeping our festival beautiful for everyone.

💚 Want to make a difference? We need volunteers!

We're looking for community members to help staff the SES Dish Collection Stations on:

📅 Friday, August 21, 2026
📅 Saturday, August 22, 2026

Volunteers will greet guests, collect used dishes at designated stations, and help keep the festival clean and sustainable. No dishwashing required—just friendly faces making a positive impact!

👉 Sign up today by completing our volunteer application:

Whether you can give a few hours or an entire shift, your support helps us create an event that celebrates Pacific Island culture while caring for our environment.

🌴 Mahalo to Lane County Sustainable Event Services, Waste Wise Lane County, Lane County, City of Eugene, and Action Rent-All & Events for helping us build a greener future—one reusable plate at a time!

What an AWESOME weekend at Asian Celebration! 🌺

A heartfelt MAHALO to the entire Oregon Asian Celebration team for welcoming us and creating such a vibrant event that celebrates the many cultures that make our community so special.

We had an incredible time promoting our upcoming projects, connecting with new friends, and sharing a little Aloha by giving away FREE shark tooth necklaces and bracelets to the kiddos.

Seeing so many smiling faces made the weekend even more meaningful. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared a conversation, and supported our work.

We look forward to seeing you all again next year. Much Aloha! 🤙

🌺 Mahalo. Fa'afetai. Vinaka. Malo 'Aupito. Meitaki. Kia Ora. Thank You. 🌺

Our hearts are full.

Despite the heavy rain, wind, and constantly changing weather, our community showed up. Because of you, the Eugene Pasefika Market became a reality.

To our incredible vendors—thank you for believing in this vision and adapting with us as we moved indoors. Your flexibility, resilience, and Aloha made the day possible.

To our performers and workshop presenters—thank you for sharing your culture, talent, and knowledge. You brought warmth and life to a rainy day.

To everyone who attended—thank you for braving the weather to support local businesses and celebrate Pacific Island cultures. Every conversation, every purchase, and every smile meant more than you know.

A special thank you to our volunteers, partners, and the local news for helping us share this new event with the community.

This was our first Eugene Pasefika Market, and while Mother Nature had other plans, we learned, adapted, and built something worth growing.

We're already looking ahead to the 5th Annual Oregon Aloha Festival this August, and we're excited to continue creating spaces that celebrate culture, community, and connection.

From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for helping write the first chapter of the Eugene Pasefika Market. We can't wait to see you again.

❤️ With much gratitude,

The Eugene Pasefika Market Team 🌺

We were able to catch the Nā Pua O Hawaiʻi Nei Hōʻike, and what an incredible afternoon it was! 🌺🌴

Mahalo to the dancers, musicians, kūpuna, keiki, volunteers, and everyone who helped bring Hawaiian culture to life through beautiful hula, music, and Aloha.

Congratulations to Kumu Akiko Colton and everyone who performed—you represented your hālau with grace, pride, and excellence. Your dedication and hard work truly shined on stage.

As we continue preparing for the 5th Annual Oregon Aloha Festival this August, events like this remind us why we do what we do: to uplift our Pacific Islander communities, celebrate our cultures, and create spaces where everyone feels welcome.

Mahalo again to Halau Hula o Na Pua o Hawaii Nei for inviting the community to be part of such a beautiful celebration. We can't wait to see everyone again soon!

🌺 Happy Father’s Day! 🌺

Today we celebrate all the fathers, grandfathers, uncles, stepfathers, mentors, and father figures who lead with love, strength, wisdom, and sacrifice.

To the dads across our community and beyond—thank you for the values you pass on, the examples you set, and the countless ways you support your families and communities every day.

May your day be filled with love, laughter, good food, and the company of those who cherish you most.

Happy Father’s Day from the Oregon Aloha ʻOhana! ❤️🌴

Huge MAHALO to Anavai O Te Ora for inviting us out to your 4th Annual Student Showcase! What an incredible evening filled with energy, culture, pride, and so much heart. The talent on that stage was amazing and the support from the community made it even more special.

AANHPI Month always reminds us how fortunate we are to be surrounded by so many powerful cultural groups, leaders, artists, and families helping keep our traditions alive here in the PNW. We’re grateful to be a small part of it all alongside groups like Anavai O Te Ora who continue pouring into the next generation.

If you want to catch them, make sure to support their upcoming performance in Springfield, OR in June! It’s absolutely worth it:
