Two big tote class in the barn has been quite fun and intense at times too. I’m very proud of the progress everyone made. They have a little more to do at home. Lots of things learned by all, even me. I can’t wait to see all the bags done.

I showcased my tote bag in the show and tell portion of our guild meeting and was asked to provide details on the product afterward. Odi coat is the product's name, and it is applied through a painting process. I choose to use this product instead of vinyl or cork The fabric was coated with three layers of Odi coat before being cut to size. I positioned the coated area at the bottom of the tote for easy cleaning when it gets dirty. The tote bag's pattern is from Two Little Totes By Annie, and it's the small version. Odi coat makes the fabric both waterproof and wipeable, which also works well for bibs and other similar applications.
