Some special diodes for a personal build. Will they make the pedal sound a million times better than standard silicon options?! I doubt it, but why not go all out? Unfortunately mouser shorted me on some parts I needed for it, so the build sits incomplete.

for repair! Was told the last person inside messed up putting in the output cap, was not ready for what was on the bottom of this! Multiple missing pads and ripped up traces. Changed out some resistors and output cap, added biasing. Also swapped out transistors (after the last pic was taken) My biggest question: why it there a surface mount resistor? And why is it on top of a trace shorting itself?
