Meet Lisa! A valued choir member and a new member of our Board:
“I’ve been with the Rose Women’s Choir for several seasons, I sing Alto 1 with the choir and the Rosettes. My career was in the food business, including catering, restaurants, sustainable agriculture and writing a cookbook. Now, I enjoy cooking and eating out – for fun. My other passions are nature, music and my CASA volunteer work with youth in the foster care system.

I’ve been a member of several non-audition choirs before, but I find RWC the most exciting choir I’ve been in. RWC has an amazing energy. It’s a perfect combination of working hard to get the repertoire into performance shape, while having lots of fun doing it. My proudest singing accomplishment?
Nailing Congolese Yodeling!”
