Instaballet Community created art! An interactive dance company—audiences choreograph on professional dancers.

, founded in 2013, is the creative brainchild of Suzanne Haag and Antonio Anacan, two former professional dancers with the Eugene Ballet Company.

is a free, interactive dance experiment that seeks to actively engage an audience in the “real-time” creation of original choreography. It provides the general public of all ages with a rare glimpse into the behind-the-scenes w

ork of both the creative process of setting a dance piece to music and the incredible ability of professional dancers to quickly and beautifully commit the movements to memory. The goal of the project is to move the audience from a more passive appreciation of dance to a deeper, more engaging experience where they become an integral part of the creative process.

For the past 3 weeks, has been dancing and creating with the children at both Eugene and Springfield Relief Nursery locations 🌿✨

Yesterday marked our final workshop together, exploring the theme of nature through movement, imagination, and joy. This video captures our intro choreo ❤️

And the sweetest ending: a handmade bouquet gifted to us by the children, created from treasures they found outside. Truly the most special flowers of all 💐

As co-founder of and now Associate Artistic Director of , she has helped shape a vibrant arts community in Eugene and touched countless lives through her vision and passion for the arts.
