Cox's Point Haunted Mansion, in 2018 was the Country's Oldest Non-Profit Haunted Attraction having haunted Essex for 50 years! Sponsored by The Essex/Stembridge Recreation & Parks, since 1968, The Cox's Point Haunted Mansion was staffed entirely by volunteers! Operated by Steve Myers for half of it's operational time, it's final 25 years! What set us apart from all the other Haunted Attractions? W

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT from Chair/Co-Chair Steve & Jen Myers:
The Cox's Point Haunted Mansion which operated from 1968-2018 is now permanently closed. Steve operated the haunt for the final 23 of it's 50 wonderful years and would like to extend sincere "thanks" for the immeasurable dedication from the many
volunteers. The relationships forged within the walls of this gem will forever rest affectionately in our hearts. As the door closes on this neighborhood tradition, we want our past patrons to remember us fondly and know we were proud to serve the community for over two decades!
Please try to give support to one of the few non profit haunts left in our area, The Haunted Dungeons.
