PAG (The PhotoArts Group)

PAG (The PhotoArts Group) PAG was created in 2003 and operates under the umbrella of the Escondido Arts Partnership. Grand Avenue (corner of Juniper) in Escondido. [email protected]

PAG members include established professionals, college photography instructors, serious amateurs, and emerging artists from throughout San Diego County. The PhotoArts Group meets at 7:00 pm every second Wednesday of each month in the Escondido Municipal Gallery, 262 E. Have you been out waking recently? The artists of the PhotoArts Group have been in anticipation of our new show titled, "While Out Walking". The show will be installed on August 1st and will open to the public on August 4th at the Escondido Arts Partnership gallery. We owe many thanks to Cheryl Hamer for her work as Show Coordinator this month. Our show announcement features a photograph taken by Lee A Decker. We hope to see you on August 8th for "Second Saturday" and the viewing of new artwork throughout the gallery.

Here are the ins and outs for our July show at the Escondido Arts Partnership. The show is titled, "Interior/Exterior" and is the brainchild of Melinda Finn. We thank her for her work in coordinating this month's show. We have Jesse Williamson to thank for his excellent submission to the show which appears on our announcement seen below. Come by the gallery to see Jesse's image on the walls of Inner Space, where you can also see the important work of all our members. Second Saturday falls on July 11th this month and we hope to see you at gallery. Details below.

"Light & Shadow" is the theme for the PhotoArts Group's June 2026 show. Please visit the EAP Gallery to view the wonderful photographs created by our members. This month our announcement features the work of Nicole Toesca with a strong piece in black and white with effective use of light and shadow. Thanks Nicole. The PhotoArts Group is proud to announce our May show titled, "Abstracts". We hope you all will come by the Escondido Arts Partnership Gallery to see the show as well as many other artists works. The Abstract show is coordinated by John Foltz, champion of this genre. The image on our announcement comes from the work of Tony Loeffler and we can all agree that it is an important piece. Come by the EAP Gallery on Second Saturday, May 9, or when your schedule allows.
