Had fun with this one. This was inspired by my friends Bryan Magee and Mark Pyle. Ripened bananas with raw and toasted coconut. Oak spirals that were doused in 94 proof Kraken Rum for 2 months, then sat immersed for 4 months in the finished mead. As always thanks for looking 😉

My wife said "just don't host giveaways on your page, but you can still post what you do." Well she is right!! Everytime I posted a giveaway some scammer chimed in. Well no giveaway, just an update. I have been missing sharing all of the awesome meads I have been making the past several years. So here is one I bottled today. It's called vanilla bomb. This mead was made with Meadowfoam honey and 3 Varietal vanilla beans. This metheglin smells absolutely amazing and tastes even better... thanks for looking!!

New Year New Label New Giveaway !!
Have had many batches completed in the past few months but haven't been active, and for that I apologize. I figured I should host another giveaway since it's been awhile. This mead was made with local handpicked blueberries and organic bananas. Blueberry is heavy on the pallet with a mild banana finish. The nose on this one is opposite of that. I have been being more creative and started making individual labels for every batch I make. My brother is the artist behind the labels( as he was the creator of my logo ). I tell him what I'm envisioning as the label, and he works his magic ! Many of you may or may not know the Red Hot Chili Peppers are my favorite band and this labels artwork is themed off of the song Dani California.

Caffeine Machine is complete ! This mead is very decadent,on a sweetness scale of 1 to 10 its a 9. My plan for this was to be a cold brew style mead meant to be drank cold, serve on ice if you'd like!! I used my buddy Matt Jessey's dad's coffee (Cuppa Joe's located in Meadville PA)and a coffee citrus blossom honey from my buddy Shawn from Hawaii. Clocked in at 12.2 ABV. There's a new breakfast in town 😉

I introduce to you Black Apples. This mead was made with pressed black cherries and pressed apples and local clover honey. Mild tartness from the cherries blended with the apples combines for a very drinkable libation, clocking in at 12.6%.

I introduce to you Pear of Beans. This mead was made with fresh pressed Bartlett Pears and local clover honey. 10 Indonesia vanilla beans layed rest for 4 weeks after primary fermentation had ceased.
Result is a very sweet dessert style mead, clocking in at 16.27 % abv.

I introduce to you Blood of Adonis. This mead was made with Pomegranates and copious amounts of fresh local honey. After fermentation ceased 10 vanilla beans were added to the mix. This mead has a slightly tart but refreshing profile. It's not overly sweet and finishes with a hint of creaminess. This mead clocked in at 13.2 %
