🎉 IT'S OFFICIAL! THE NIGHTMARE RETURNS! 🎉

ABDUCTED: RECAPTURED — OPENS OCTOBER 19!

YOU ASKED. AND ASKED. AND ASKED AGAIN.

Ever since we closed the doors on the original Abducted, two questions have followed us...

“WHYYYYYYYYY?!?!” and "CAN YOU BRING ABDUCTED BACK?!"

Well, we heard you. Every single time.

And now, after countless hours of planning, building, creating, and bringing a nightmare back to life...
WE HAVE RECEIVED STATE APPROVAL TO UNLOCK THOSE DOORS FOR YOU! 🎉

On Monday, October 19, 2026, Escape Game Erie proudly opens ABDUCTED: RECAPTURED to the public!

But there's something you should know...

THIS IS NOT THE ABDUCTED YOU REMEMBER.

He's back.
He's been waiting.
And he's had plenty of time to perfect his plans.

Featuring an entirely new storyline, chillingly immersive environments, unexpected twists, and challenging puzzles, Abducted: Recaptured will test your nerves, your instincts, and your ability to work together.

Our beta testers have already entered his world... and their reactions have been everything we hoped for...but we're still testing....

HOWEVER YOUR TURN IS COMING.

Will you escape?
Or will you become just another part of his collection?

⚠️ PARENTAL ADVISORY: Due to its intense psychological themes, disturbing atmosphere, and potentially frightening content, Abducted: Recaptured is not recommended for guests under 13 years of age. Parents and guardians are encouraged to carefully consider the nature of this experience before booking for younger guests.

📅 GRAND OPENING: MONDAY, OCTOBER 19!
📍 Escape Game Erie — Meiser Building

RESERVATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

SOME NIGHTMARES DON'T END.
THEY JUST WAIT FOR YOU TO COME BACK.

🎉 THE BETA TESTERS HAVE BEEN CHOSEN! 🎉

The drawing is complete, the names have been pulled, and our lucky Beta Testers have officially been notified!

📱 If you entered the drawing, CHECK YOUR TEXT MESSAGES!
The winners should be receiving a message from Escape Game Erie letting them know they’ve been selected.

To everyone who entered: THANK YOU! The response was incredible, and we loved seeing how many of you were willing to volunteer yourselves as test subjects... 😈

Our Beta Testers will be among the VERY FIRST to step inside our newest experience before it officially opens.

They’ll test the puzzles.
They’ll test the locks.
They’ll test our patience when they inevitably find something we thought was foolproof. 😂

And, most importantly...

They still don’t know exactly what they’ve gotten themselves into.

The name remains a secret...
The room remains closed...
But not for much longer.

Congratulations to our winners!

Now the real fun begins. 😈

You asked....

And asked.....

And asked........

Apparently, some of you never learned to be careful what you wish for.

Something you thought was gone has been watching… waiting… changing.
And now, it’s almost ready.

Almost.

There are still a few things beyond our control keeping the door locked just a little longer.
But when that door finally opens…

you may wish it hadn’t.

And for those of you brave—or foolish—enough to volunteer to go in first:

*** The Beta Testers have been chosen. ***

The names have been drawn.

We’ll begin contacting the selected victims…
ahem… TESTERS… this week.

Keep an eye on your phone and email....

And remember...

Just because you escaped once…
doesn’t mean you got away for good!

COMING SOON!!!

The Sunday Funday Ladies burst through the wizarding world of the 🧙‍♂️ 🧙‍♂️ SORCERER'S SECRET ROOM🧙‍♂️ 🧙‍♂️ !

They ESCAPED with an ASTOUNDING 26 minutes and 50 seconds left....10 seconds faster than the all time record HOWEVER, this will not change the ALL TIME RECORD as it was not everyone's first time in this room. An unfortunate technicality, but still an AMAZING VICTORY after so long! 👏👏👏

🖤 ONE LAST GOODBYE TO DECEIVED 🖤

Okay… we swear this is it.

The lights are off.
The locks are open.
The props have been packed away.
And after a few wonderfully twisted years, DECEIVED has officially left the building.

But before we close the book for good, we wanted to share one last look back.

From the teams who walked in confidently and immediately began questioning every decision they had ever made… 😂
to the Game Masters who watched the chaos unfold from behind the cameras…
to the laughs, screams, victories, defeats, questionable theories, and countless:

“WAIT… WHAT IF WE TRY THIS?!”

Deceived gave us a LOT of memories.

At our closing ceremony, we gave this wonderfully demented room the send-off it deserved—with a eulogy, plenty of laughs, and one final walk down memory lane.

This video is a little piece of that goodbye.

To every player who stepped through that door, thank you for becoming part of Deceived's story.

To our Game Masters, thank you for bringing it to life over and over again.

And to Deceived…

You were weird.
You were creepy.
You frustrated a LOT of people.
You probably caused a few arguments in the parking lot afterward. 😂

And we wouldn't have had you any other way.

You may be gone…

…but judging by some of the things we found while tearing you apart, we're not entirely convinced you've left. 👀

So, for the very last time:

Goodbye, Deceived.

Thanks for the memories, the screams, the laughs…and the occasional emotional damage. 🖤

And soon…

That room is about to have some new stories to tell.😈
