Saturday’s wedding was one of those days that reminds me why being included in a couple’s wedding day is so meaningful. It truly was an honor to officiate Hannah and Marko’s wedding and be part of the beginning of their life together.
They were one of the sweetest, most genuine couples I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and every person I talked with that day was just as kind and welcoming. One thing that really stood out to me was seeing their parents seated at the head table. In all the weddings I’ve been part of, that was a first for me, and I thought it was such a thoughtful way to include the people who helped make them who they are.
Then we had a party that also included some Serbian music that was a big part of their celebration!
It was a beautiful reminder that a wedding isn’t just about two people getting married, but about the family and friends who helped bring them to that moment. On the long drive home on Saturday, I felt grateful to have been a small part of such a wonderful day.

When your neighbor gets married, the pressure is definitely on! But as the night went on, it was great to see the two of them really let loose, dance, laugh, and have a great time with their family and friends. It was an incredibly fun night, and we definitely made some memories! The bride looked absolutely beautiful, and it was just as great seeing the groom having such a good time and enjoying the night. CONGRATULATIONS Hannah & Shane!!♫♪♫ I’m really glad I got to be a part of your wedding and help to make some memories!

One of the highlights was getting to experience “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen — a family tradition that only happens at weddings, and you pretty much have to be related to see this rare and special treat!

I also have to mention all of the great guests who came up to talk with me throughout the night. I met some incredible people, and those conversations were a big part of what makes me feel so comfortable in a room full of strangers.

It was an honor to stand as your officiant last Saturday and then celebrate with you both as your wedding DJ. I met so many genuine, great people throughout the day. You've built such a tight little family with Emily, Joe, Ellie, and little Joe III on the way, which made the whole day feel extra meaningful. You were surrounded by an amazing crew of friends who poured their hearts into decorating and pulling everything together. Playing a Dolly Parton tribute with "9 to 5" and watching Joe teach us all how to Dougie were great moments!

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of being part of a beautiful small wedding at Port Farms in Waterford, PA. It was a great reminder that you don’t need a huge wedding to have an incredible time—when you have the right people surrounding you, a smaller wedding can bring just as much fun and energy! The ceremony was personal and meaningful, the cookies and cupcakes were amazing, and it was especially great to see the bride and groom enjoying themselves on the dance floor for most of the night. Their happiness and the energy from their family and friends made the entire celebration a lot of fun. It was truly an honor to help make memories with such an amazing group of family and friends.

The best part of Saturday’s wedding was getting to meet such an absolute sweetheart of a couple—it was a true honor to celebrate with them! We lucked out and beat the rain right in time for the ceremony, and their vows were so moving (they even worked their dogs, Pebble and Kali, into them). I met so many incredible people, and we squeezed in plenty of dancing throughout the night—and even kept it going for a little bit after the lights turned on.

Madelyn and Alexander, THANK YOU SO MUCH for saying that!..."A memory that will last a lifetime. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! Shawn brought the energy and kept the party going all night long. He was the perfect host to announce our wedding party and emcee our speeches. He even added an extra touch and played the Star Wars Theme Song, as well as projected a light show of ships battling on the wall after our Best Man had referenced it in his speech. He most definitely can read and engage with the crowd. Once our people hit the dance floor, they never left. During the planning process, Shawn was professional, easy to work with, and truly went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. Shawn not only excels at his work, but he is a genuine and wonderful person. Thank you, Shawn, for making our special day perfect! We are so grateful and blessed that we were able to have you be our DJ! Thank you truly for being a part of our wedding day and making the reception absolutely perfect!!"

From the very first phone call, we were confident and excited that Shawn knew what he was doing! He is there to guide you every step of the way. We bought the package with the Photo Booth - and we’re so glad we did! It was a hit, and people were in it all night long. We especially loved the photo book that was gifted to us at the end of the night, which included all shots from the Photo Booth! The dance floor was full all night long, and our guests loved the extra accessories Shawn was handing out. He arrived on the day with plenty of time to get himself set up and ready to go. His communication with our other vendors is what made our day so stress-free. We can’t thank you enough, Shawn + team! We are so glad to have worked with you and met you! Best wishes to you!"

Micaiah and I both love music, so having the right vibe on our wedding day was so important to us- Shawn absolutely nailed it. He did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job keeping the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long! From start to finish, everything flowed perfectly, and we know a huge part of that is thanks to his amazing music and seamless coordination!
