We lost our majestic raccoon tree to the most intense storm last night among many other old giants all over the city. Roads are blocked by trees and downed power lines, luckily grounded was spared but ooo I will miss this tree so much. It provided so much shade and beauty, I can not believe that we experienced something so powerful last night that it came down. The Erie Cemetery Association across the street lost so many old giants and so many houses and cars were smashed throughout the Our West Bayfront neighborhood and LEAF and Frontier. Ive honestly never seen anything like this. 💔

I’ve got these smol handmade blank notebooks here for sale!

Making these is like meditation for me but we also make this style of book in the Intro to Bookmaking class.

Most of the imagery on these covers are prints or drawings I’ve made and scanned and printed in layers on the xerox while teaching at Erie Center for Arts And Tech!

The pages are all different but all blank and ready for your thoughts and feelings.

I think they’re pretty enjoyable and I hope you will too.

If you are interested in purchasing one of these they are $30 each and I can mail them to you or you can pick up at Grounded.
