What: Individualized arts instruction in one-on-one sessions for students aged 12 and up! Each session presents challenging, personalized projects unique to your interests and goals. A custom curriculum will be designed just for you! Sessions are available both in-person and virtually, with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Topic / Technique options include: Drawing, Painting, Illustration, Portraiture / Anatomy, and/or Digital Media.

Media options include: Graphite, Charcoal, Chalk Pastel, Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Ink, and more!

Who: Open to students aged 10 and up — from middle schoolers to adults — at ALL experience levels! Whether you're picking up a pencil for the first time or looking to refine your existing skills, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

When: Each session is 90 minutes in length. Scheduling is very flexible with three session options available Monday through Saturday (9-10:30AM / 10:30AM-12PM / 12-1:30PM). You may spread each session across multiple days, or you may consolidate multiple 90 minute segments in one day for super-sessions. Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to a calendar where you can reserve your desired days and times.

Where: Sessions may be held in-person at Grounded Print & Paper Shop, located at 1902 Cherry St, Erie, PA 16502, or virtually via video call — your choice!

Extras: A wide variety of materials will be provided during in-person sessions — the purchase of materials is not required. For virtual sessions, supply recommendations will be provided in advance. Supply purchase suggestions may also be made for home use on a case-by-case basis if students express an interest in expanding their material options.

**Instructor Alison Stinely, MFA currently teaches art and design courses at both PennWest University (formerly Edinboro U.) and Mercyhurst University. She is also the former Youth Programs Manager of the SSJ Neighborhood Network. Alison is an oil painter who also dabbles in sculpture and 3D modeling. Her breadth of experience working with students of all ages makes her well-suited to provide an enriching learning environment for all.
