• GUESTS MUST OBEY STAFF AT ALL TIMES!!!
• Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to or suspend privileges of any persons failing to comply with any rules. Refunds will not be offered to guests who lose waterpark privileges for this reason.
• NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD/BEVRAGES ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE WATERPARK with the exception of water in clear plastic bottles. Please feel free to utilize the uncovered picnic tables outside the waterpark to consume packed snacks and drinks.
• Pavilions are for rental, only.
• Guests under 18 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult guardian
• Guest under 48 inches tall must be supervised within arm’s reach of a responsible adult guardian at all times. An adult is required to be IN the water with anyone under 48 inches tall.
• NO RUNNING in the waterpark
• Riders MUST be at least 48 inches to ride Cemetery Sluice.
• Riders MUST be at least 48 inches to ride Atomic Blaster unaccompanied.
• Children between 42-48 inches tall may ride the Atomic Blaster in a double tube with an adult guardian
• Riders must stay on their tube at all times
• NO standing or stopping on slides
• NO head first riding
• NO spinning on slides
• NO chains or trains on slides
• NO sunglasses or eyeglasses can be worn on slides without a fitted sports strap
• NO outside flotation devices (with the exception of approved PFDs). Loaner PFDs are available at the ticket office free of charge. Staff reserves the right to direct non-swimming guests to wear a loaner PFD.
• NO shorts/swimsuits with metal rivets or buttons on the slides
• NO profanity
• NO pets allowed in the waterpark
• NO guests are permitted on the “tube hills” for any reason
• NO alcohol or drugs are permitted inside the waterpark
• Guests who are visibly impaired by alcohol or drugs may not ride or swim
• NO ONE wearing a cast or (non-removable brace) may ride the slides
• We are to***co free! Smoking/Vaping/Chewing To***co inside the waterpark are NOT permitted. Please ask to be directed to the nearest smoking area.
• Tubes are not permitted in the swimming or waterworks areas
• Picnic tables and lounge chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please keep lounge chairs in designated areas.
• We are not responsible for lost, left, or stolen items. Lockers are available for $5/day, with a $25 lost key fee. ID is required as a deposit.
• Groups visiting the waterpark are required to abide by the same rules as all other guests. Groups who have rented a pavilion must leave all outside food/beverages inside the pavilion. Groups who have not rented a pavilion must leave all food and beverages outside the boundaries of the waterpark.
• Guests renting Pavilion #5 (bottom of waterpark) may park behind pavilion to load/unload ONLY. Vehicles may not be parked there for extended periods of time. Emergency vehicles must have access to/be able to turn around in this area at any given time. Groups renting Pavilion #5 may use the outdoor steps behind the pavilion for loading/unloading purposes only. Please keep children off of this staircase.
• LRR guests may not access the lake from the waterpark. Guests found in unauthorized areas will be considered trespassing. Your safety is our first priority! Please help keep the WildRiver Waterpark safe for everyone by abiding by all rules and regulations. THANK YOU!!!
