PRB welcomes Bradley Harris as our Piano Accompanist for Weeks 1 and 2 of
our 2026 Summer Intensive. Bradley
is an American composer from Atlanta, Georgia. His sound is a fusion, rooted in classical, that draws influences from the jazz, gospel, hip hop and progressive rock music that colored his upbringing. Many of his works share a common theme, portraying adaptability and constant transformation with an interplay between familiarity and change. Using
literal and metaphoric lenses to explore the journey of existence, his thematic and musical sensitivity reflects his own journey- one of self discovery and the search for meaning and expression- with no predetermined destination.

Harris has been composing for over 15 years, with works commissioned by artists across the United States and internationally. He was featured in the documentary Hear Us, which follows three young musicians who commissioned his Trio Concerto,
, later broadcast on PBS in more than 300 U.S. cities and now available on streaming platforms. His work was also highlighted in the 30 Americans exhibition at the Cincinnati Art Museum, where he created a series inspired by prominent African American artists.

Bradley graduated from Shorter University with a degree in piano performance and received his master’s degree in composition from the University of Cincinnati College – Conservatory of Music. He currently resides in New York City.
