Here's a horse saddle stand that I recently made for my niece's 14th birthday. Hickory with walnut accents and a custom inlay of her new horse, Goldie. And I'm impressed with myself that the joinery has no glue or hardware, just mechanically held wooden joints.

It took what seemed like forever, but I am finally done finishing my hardwood floors! Repairs and prep work took a long time - I don't think the floors had been refinished since the house was built in 1950!

After a couple of years of thinking about it and several failed attempts, I finally have travel cribbage boards - "The Mini-Swoop" for sale on Etsy!
