Yesterday we had the opportunity to be part of the March HOPEGroup with .

Robbie’s Hope is dedicated to promoting teen mental health and empowering young people to support one another through connection, conversation, and community.

From the first puzzle to the final moments of gameplay, the teens who came through brought incredible personality, energy, and enthusiasm. They showed up ready to collaborate, think creatively, and fully dive into the experience which is exactly what we love to see!

We’re grateful to have played a small role in creating a space where teamwork and connection could come together in such a meaningful way.

Thank you to everyone who made it such a special event. 💜

This past week, FUNtastic was awarded non-diluted funding from at the EforAll Colorado Winter ’25 Showcase & Celebration!

While the funding was an incredible honor, the most valuable part of the accelerator program was everything we learned—from the nightly classes and amazing mentorship to the friendships and networks we built with other inspiring local startups such as: .caregiving .kg and many more!

FUNtastic Friday Founder Spotlight: Nick Probst

Meet Nick Probst, our Chief Creative & Technical Officer—and one of the brilliant minds behind FUNtastic LLC.

Nick is currently bringing magic to life as a Show Mechanical Intern at Walt Disney Imagineering in Orlando, Florida. When he’s not designing immersive experiences for the most iconic theme parks in the world, he’s diving deep into the future—pursuing his graduate degree in robotics.

Before Disney, Nick worked full-time in the aerospace/defense sector after completing his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. Talk about dedication.

He’s not just a technical powerhouse—Nick is also a founder of the Mines Theme Park Engineering & Design Club (TPED) and proudly serves as the first alumni advisor of the chapter, continuing to inspire the next generation of themed entertainment engineers.

From concept to cables, Nick’s passion and creativity shape everything we do. We’re beyond lucky to have him on the team.

Meet Myles Ruiz, our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at FUNtastic!

Myles is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines, where he’s also deeply involved in campus organizations. He serves as the Publicity Officer for the Mines Theme Park Engineering and Design Group (TPED) and the Communications Chair for the Mines chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).

In addition to his leadership on campus, Myles has gained valuable professional experience through multiple summer internships with Jacobs Engineering, where he’s contributed to real-world engineering projects.

At FUNtastic, Myles keeps operations running smoothly and drives our brand forward with creative marketing strategies. His ability to balance structure and creativity makes him a powerhouse on the team!

Say hello to Jonah Booth, our Chief of Mechanisms at FUNtastic!

Jonah is pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines. He’s the Chief Engineer for the Theme Park Engineering and Design Group (TPED) and has led multiple design workshops and projects—both through TPED and in professional settings.

With a background in machining, Jonah combines creativity with precision to turn big ideas into real-world magic. He’s a master at bringing designs to life with both innovation and craftsmanship.

Oh—and when it comes to roller coasters, Jonah is an absolute brainiac. If it moves fast, flips upside down, or has a launch system, chances are he’s studied it inside and out. 🎢🧠
