This Thursday! August 15th! We will be having another Celeb Barista Event for Mayor 4 A Day! Join English Jan as she pulls shots to raise money for her campaign!!!

Event starts at 12p and goes until close!

The drink, Mango Lassi, will be available! All proceeds from her drink will be donated to her Mayor 4 A Day campaign! It is a delicious blend of Mango, Yogurt, and Cardamon; sure to blast away the blistering heat!

Do you know about ? Do you know they provide food to those in need and have a really cool program where YOU can get a free mango tree? Do you know that this Friday during our Open Mic Night, English Jan will be representing her charity with lots of great info and she will be accepting donations and selling raffle tickets to what I truly believe is the coolest prize package I’ve see put together (see alffi.org for details on that)! English Jan has a little musical number she’s prepared that is absolutely a hoot! So please come, pack the house, support local musicians and artists, and support because this charity does more than collect and distribute resources, they work to build and strengthen infrastructure and availability of healthy foods in Englewood. And in doing so, they bind our community closer together.
