It's that magical time of the year again - the Autumn Equinox! 🍁🌞 As nature gracefully shifts, so do we on the dance floor. It's a season of transformation and renewal, and it's one of my absolute favorites.

🎉🌟 Another year around the sun, and I'm dancing into 49 with pure joy and gratitude! 🌈💃 As I celebrate my last year in my 40s, I'm embracing the journey of life, growth, and bringing happiness and health through dance.
This beautiful journey has taught me to cherish every moment, to follow my passion, and to spread love and positivity to those around me. I'm immensely thankful for being alive on this earth, doing what I love, and being able to bring joy and wellness to others through dance.

Be kind to yourself this Valentine’s 💘Day!
We have this time right now to deeply appreciate and respect the love in our lives – from friends, family, or a significant other. There’s no denying the joy we get from others. But only by deeply appreciating our own journeys and cultivating our own happiness can we learn from our mistakes and unhealthy patterns.
