Reinstated in 2009, the Emporia Symphony Orchestra is an ensemble made up of 60-75 community and university musicians that performs 4-5 concerts per year on campus at Albert Taylor Hall as well as off-campus in various venues. The Emporia Symphony Orchestra plays the standard orchestra repertoire ranging from Baroque to contemporary. Catch the 47th Annual Christmas Parade with us on Tuesday, December 2nd. We will be live streaming the parade from downtown at 7:00 PM on KVOE TV. This year’s theme is “It’s a Country Christmas”.
