Lyon County Fair

The Lyon County Fairgrounds are quiet and ready for the many events that will fill the space throughout the year, as we officially close out another incredible fair season. From grandstand excitement to great food, carnival rides, and—most importantly—the heart of the fair—the 4‑H events.

Before we end our fair year, we want to congratulate the outstanding youth who dedicated countless hours to caring for their animals, learning responsibility, and sharing their passion with judges and our community.

Today, we celebrate our top animals that went through the premium sale as well as our seniors who participated in the sale. Help us congratulate them on a job well done and honor the commitment they’ve shown all year long.

A huge thank‑you to our 4‑H families, volunteers, and supporters who make this fair possible. We could not do any of this without you.

Here is the pulling order for the Truck & Tractor Pull tonight. Looking forward to a great night to end our 2026 Lyon County Fair. Join us in the grandstands--Tickets are $15 for adults, 8-18 are $5, and 7 and under are FREE!! You can purchase at the gate with cash or card.

With all the 4H activities ending Monday night we have one more grandstand event on Friday night (8/14/2026). Come out for the Tractor Pull on Friday night at 7:00PM. We will have some great food from some of our food vendors and a nice cold beverage from The Turquoise Tavern & 627 Event Space Bar & Grill. This will be the last event for the Lyon County Fair. If you don't have tickets already you can purchase them with cash or card at the gate.'s Snack Shack Tacos Always Con Todo

Come on out and support all the 4Her's at the Premium Sale. It starts at 6pm in the Show Arena at the north end of the fairgrounds!!

If you left your phone in the Anderson Building today it will be at the fair office to claim.
