After Winfield, requests to bring Carolina Mendoza to Good Way Gardens came ROLLING in. As luck would have it, she's coming to Emporia for the Heartland Music Awards on Sunday, November 8th, so we're putting her on stage at 4pm!

Carolina is a treasure, and we're thrilled to be presenting her, with support from your favorite local music mamas, Weda Skirts ❤️‍🔥

The show is FREE, and we'll be collecting cash and check donations to support our $20,000 Match Day goal! We'll have donation forms on-site, so you can support us PLUS the many other organizations in our community, thanks to Emporia Community Foundation and the wonderful matching donors.

ANNOUNCING A NEW COMMUNITY GROUP!!!
There's an informal Artist Meetup, now happening on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

For artists of all disciplines to meet up for conversation, networking, probably coffee, creative brainstorming, or even moral support and body doubling as you slog through your spreadsheets.

Is there anything better than watching the pollinators? This "Salmon Pink Plume Celosia" is producing MANY seeds. Please feel free to come to the Community Center and collect seed for your garden next year!

This seed came from Good Way Farms in Lawrence, Kansas!

You thought Good Way Sundays were over?!?! No way! Let's Potluck!
The first (and second) Sundays in November will bring special events to Good Way Gardens to support our efforts during Match Day.

The Potluck & Concert is FREE, and Match Day-eligible cash and check donations will be accepted during the event.

We'll be offering a warm Emporia welcome to Tom West, an Australian guitar player and vocalist touring his new LP, ‘Chicago Versions’.

THURSDAY - DOORS & DINNER OPEN AT 6PM - STUDENTS EAT FREE
We're so happy to be bringing back our friend and legitimate legend, Wayne Gottstine. He's a multi instrumentalist and song writer from right here in the great state of Kansas. He has spent decades on the road honing his craft with his bands, Split Lip Rayfield & Sc**at Belly, and he's embarking on a solo journey to share his songs of the human condition. Hilarious & heartbreaking, don't miss your opportunity to catch Wayne in an intimate setting.

Just DON'T TOUCH HIM - Please and thank you ;)
