12 long years have passed and December 29th will forever be a dreadful day for the Western Rodeo family. The man that held the reins for decades went on to the good lord up above. It won’t ever be the same without the hollering in the back pens or on the back of the bucking chutes with the occasional contagious smile. Dan miss you and we’re thankful for the lessons that have been passed on, the amazing genetics that have passed down whether it be horses or bulls. We hope the grass is green and the bulls are mean up there. R.I.P. Big Dan Russell

was 87 night one on 600 silky and then was 87 on 911 Spotted mountain for two round wins in the ba****ck
a.thompson was 86.5 on 766 Unforgiven to tie for the win in third riund

and 402 Hippie Mountain matched up for 88 points on Saturday night for the round win

and 539 Jiggy matched up for 86 points Saturday afternoon
