Race Day! The Double Trouble 9 and 18 mile trail run in French Creek State Park. Start time 9 am. Haven't run this in over 15-20 yrs. The course has changed plus they're running it in reverse this yr. I'm going for 18M but have low expectations. Running twice a week does not lead to confidence for a race like this!

Djing for the next 8 hrs!! Come to the huge Emmaus 250th celebration!! Over 200 vendors, food trucks, live music, historic house tours, reenactments, etc and then at EHS the fun band M80 from 7-9, laser light show 9-9:30, followed by a drone show!!

Had a great time playing for the employees and especially for the residents!!

It was fun DJing for the 15th Rock N Roll race that started and ended at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, PA. The 5 mile started at 9, and the 5k at 9:05. Benefited a great cause, too, children of foster care. There was a runner way ahead of the pack in each race.
