Ready to meet another new face in the Staggered Hound crew? Meet Fluffy!

The shadows in the far corner of The Staggered Hound were older than the floorboards, but one rainy night, they grew noticeably thicker. Nobody saw him walk in; one moment the back wall was empty, and the next, a broad shouldered man was nursing a mug in the dark, calling himself Fluffy with a face so stoic it silenced the room. Most took him for a weary traveler, but Fluffy wore human skin like a cramped winter coat. Beneath that modest exterior coiled a mountain-sized beast; a towering, bipedal creature of matted fur, crushing weight, and iron sharp teeth built to tear through blizzards.

He stayed human simply because it was easier. Humans didn't cave in floorboards, shatter mugs with a light grip, or cause panics just by standing up. Night after night, as dice clattered, lute strings snapped, and drunks bellowed over spilled ale, Fluffy remained rooted to his spot on the furthest wall, quietly observing the chaos. He paid his coin, asked for nothing, and simply never left—until the shadow in the corner became as permanent a fixture of the tavern as the bar itself.

Meet the next of our new recruits to the Staggered Hound crew. This one you may have seen around the Fairy Glade! Ezra Foxtale!
Ezra found her way to the tavern one evening and tried rescuing the poor stolen duck from Finely MacMaple. Then, she saw that the Madam needed some extra hands to help with the shenanigans in the tavern. Whether she stayed because the shenanigans or to help control the raucous tavern crew...that's the mystery that the crew now has to unravel !
